This is my premium level coaching. 1-1 coaching is for those who need the highest level of support, accountability and personalisation, or maybe just have a goal they struggle to reach alone and need a coach to help guide them step by step through the process.
1-1 Coaching is a minimum 3 month commitment and is available to women worldwide.

If you are on the fence about 1-1 coaching, they are an excellent way to get a teaser of what 1-1 coaching is like. They are also fantastic for anyone who doesn’t need top tier accountability and just need guidance and support help them progress towards their goals.

• Individual bi-weekly 1-1 check-ins with feedback provided
• 4 on demand weekly zoom classes
• 8 week home & gym workout plans
